HKC SW 1070 - replaced battery, alarm code seems to have been wiped?

    Hi, just replaced the battery in this alarm

    Now I can't arm it as it doesn't accept my old code

    Also on the app I am now unable to log in. The guys who installed this alarm went out of business about 5 or 6 years ago, will I need to get an alarm company to set this up again for me?
