    Hi,

MY data logger disconnected from the internet for a few days when I was away. The generation data is still on the inverter but not uploaded to Solis cloud. Is there a way to manually get this data onto solis cloud?

write to Solis support, give them the serial numbers of your inverter and logger.

Have they done it before for people? I'm having issues with my ticket, I had asked can it be manually synced and this was reply

"The datalogger will only sync daily, monthly and yearly yield. It will not sync the 5 minute data unfortunately.  "

To me this means it can be done, so i've gone back a couple of times but can't get any joy. I assumed first time he must have thought I wanted the whole 5 mins data for every day, but just the daily total would be good!

when I moved from old monitoring platform (m.ginlong) to the SolisCloud platform they synced all my data up to that date over no problems so I can't understand the limitation they're stating in this case, others on here with automation experience might be better to advise.
