The most annoying thing that commentators do is talk over the ref when he is explaining decisions, they are petrified of silence when they should leave the ref talk.

Ireland starting to tire a bit,

    Ah that's nothing really

That's a red card all day. Mangan made no effort to get low, it's a direct shoulder to the head and they slow it down to look for the smallest mitigating factors.

World Rugby hasn't a breeze what it's doing.

Ireland have blown this match absolutely brutal second half.

Consecutive yellow cards have really killed Ireland here.

Their maul is looking like the tool that could win them the game - another couple of points not taken.

Conceding 2 tries directly or indirectly from incredibly dumb & needless penalties in the first half didnt help either...

Ref has let the French be as lazy as féck around the breakdown

Crucial try and a lot of time eaten up also in the yellow card time.

2 points added, 6 ahead with 10 to go. Very good position.

    A vital vital score there

    Try Ireland!

Easy to say in hindsight but that was the right option, I really wouldnt trust us to hold onto a 2 point lead with 10 minutes left. Not sure about 4/6 points but we've proven we can do it so far so maybe.

And ofcourse after all that we knock on from the kick off... we really are challenging Connacht with our ability to shoot ourselves in the foot.

Terrible error on the restart. Just about the last thing needed.

Worked so hard for their own try and then gift them back fantastic field position immediately.

Another France try after a terrible Ireland restart. Too easy for France

That stupid knock on was directly responsible for the try

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,122 ✭✭✭Shehal

We work our bollocks off to get the try we score and we immediately piss it away by not being able to take the ball during the restart.

Patience and urgency and we will get another chance

Our own worst enemies here. Given up 14 points as least from just crazy errors.

    Penalty from the halfway line.

Of such moments a career can be made or lost

Good kick - now pleasee don't fúck up the restart again.

Irish penanty on the restart, exactly what we needed.

    The most crooked lineout !!

Evan O’Connell has had three massive moments since coming in - especially winning the ball back in the air off that lineout and then that restart was huge.

brilliant moment for the young lad who is destined to have “nephew of Paul” attached to him every time a commentator mentions his name

Bit disorganised there. Will give France one last chance.
