Kettlebell workout

    Im after losing a load of weight and now im near my ideal weight ..Im looking for a daily routine that will tone me up ..i have kettlebells a running machine and squat rack at home ..Im in my 50s so dont want anything to crazy ..its just that at the minute i feel a little weak and still have a belly when i sit down ...ideally id like something for 30mins that gets the heart pumping and tones me up a bit especially the mid section ..

    I'd suggest Youtube, there's a myriad of 30 min KB workouts on there.
