I there any hurling final tickets going?

Doesn't seem to be any around, most years there would be plenty at this stage.

Will they surface end of the week or what's happening?

I remember last year looking for one and nobody I knew had one by the Wednesday. On Thursday nearly everyone I knew got them, a few on the Friday.

By Friday there will be plenty is my prediction.

You will probably pick up some on the morning of the match.

Big panic during the week but most clubs aren't giving them out until Tuesday or Wednesday night.

Other clubs around the country are having draws on Friday.

There is always a few tickets floating around when kilkenny are in it.

The worst all Ireland in recent memory to get a ticket was 2017, 2018 finals

Our of interest do people think both finals will 100% sell out? Id assume they will , bur attendances were very poor. Id guess theyll sell out but youd be able to pick them up easily enough for 100 odd quid?

It's always later in the week that the situation with tickets becomes clearer, clubs give out tickets Tuesday and Wednesday and some clubs don't give out out their tickets until Thursday.

It happened a few years ago that some hurling final tickets went on public sale, not impossible that will happen again tomorrow or Friday...

2019 was no bother to get tickets as tipp and kk were in it.

2016 was on ticketmaster as well

Is the capacity going to be back up at 82,300? Saw that it has been down at around 73,000 because the Nally was closed/RTE's platform up in the corner.

The capacity is capped at 82300 but the combination of seats and terrace is a few thousand more, I remember they used to alternate the difference between seats and terrace for Dublin games as there used to be a full house and still empty seats. I don't know what's going on with the attendances as the ground looked pretty full to me on Sunday but this was called at 73k

The Nally definately looked sparse for the Dublin v Kerry game on Sunday. I was down the other end lower Hogan and only noticed the far left of the Nally for O Se's last gasp free and thought it looked oddly empty.

As far as I know, Hill 16 hold around 9 thousand and the Nally terrace holds 4 thousand odd. I never realised that what they call the Nally terrace stretches across to behind the goals until I had a ticket for it a couple of years ago.

Hurling final tickets for the Nally stand on sale in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny between 10am and 11.30am tomorrow (Thursday) as per Kilkenny GAA on twitter.

Might be of use to someone stuck for a ticket.

Not online, no. I'd imagine anyone who wants one will take the morning off and go get one but I agree it's a bad time and late enough notice to organise work cover or whatever

Probably not, although it does include that corner part where the RTE platform is AFAIK. The Galway football QF was a sellout at something like 73k, think Dublin Kerry was the same. I assume that platform will be gone and it will be back to full attendance if they are selling Nally tickets in Nowlan Park today.

90 for stand. 50 for terrace. Up a tenner from 2019 I think. In Kerry, they're also sticking a tenner extra on all tickets to go towards the team holiday fund. So it will be 100 quid and 60 quid. An expensive game to go to.

Thanks, expensive alright especially if you have a few in the family to bring with you . As a neutral I always try go the hurling final , love the occasion of the day , I will be on the hill/nally if I manage to pick up a ticket, wont be paying 90 euro thats for sure.

I didnt like the fact either that the GAA increased kids ticket prices to 10 euro now for croke park this year., used to be 5 euro for non all Ireland final days.

They've done it for finals for as long as I can remember. Tickets are face value and the tenner is a contribution to the holiday fund. I'm not against the idea tbh cos any player playing county puts their lives on hold, it would be nice for it to.be optional though.

Doesn't affect me thankfully since I got my season tickets.

Yeah, I'd be the same. I'll take a Hill ticket for the hurling if I see one going but not sure I'd stretch to the 90 quid tbh.

It's still very cheap relative to finals in other sports - you'd easily pay 100 to see Ireland play NZ in a meaningless Autumn International.

The GAA are missing a trick not having variable pricing across the stadium depending on the area, there's no way a lower Davin should cost the same as a halfway line lower Hogan.

Anyone have any ideas about parking within say a 10 minute walk to Croker? We usually just park in Marlborough St multistory in town but my Dad is coming with us Sunday and I'm conscious that he's not able for the walk this time around as he hasn't been well recently and given that it's also due to be 29 degrees. He's thinking of staying at home because of it but any suggestions welcome. We don't have a disabled pass so that's a no go. I know around Drumcondra pretty well so any recommendations would be most welcome. Thank you!
