Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At home workout- trim spare tyre & tone upper body

    Hi,

    Male, mid 40s, just under 6 foot, 90kg. I play 1 hour astro football once or twice a week, cycle a bit (used to be 100km a week but nothing of late, will get back into it), walk 10k steps daily.

    Looking to shed some spare tyre & tone upper body (some definition in chest & biceps). Have dumbbells at home. Any recommendations for an app, online channel, or what workouts to do please? Planning on doing a workout 2 or 3 times a week. I dabbled with Joe Wicks ages back, liked the workouts.

    For spare tyre, obviously eat well, cut down on chocolate is a start.
