Has this been turned on?????? It hasn't always been in the way like this has it???? I know theirs a settings menu somewhere but clicking on my Avatar and User name ain't finding it and this Vanilla is still atrocious and I haven't the patience to keep looking for something that I shouldn't have to look for!!!!!!!!!!

If you are on mobile and you mean the stickys in the homepage, just click on the gear cog icon next to the sticky to dismiss it from your homepage.
