Any lab issued result will have a barcode which is scan-able in many apps to verify just like the vaccine certs

If its is a HSE result, then its aN SMS which will refer to the person by first name ONLY

This number was used for the COVID-19 test of XXXXX, age 49, taken on 31-Mar-2022. That test was positive (COVID-19 virus found).

There is a high risk that XXXXX could spread the virus to other people and therefore they must now self-isolate (stay in their room) until their required period of self-isolation ends. To explain fully what is meant by self-isolation, follow this link: https://hse.ie/cvdpos

To help us learn more about the virus and to slow its spread, the HSE also requires XXXXX to click on the link below to answer some questions and provide the names and telephone numbers of their household contacts if relevant. Click here https://tracecontacts.hse.ie and enter this 6 digit code XXXXXX.  It is very important that XXXXX provides this information.
