Read your competition handbook, is it definitely using the capability framework? PAS seem to be using it, but alot of local competitions remain the competency framework.

With regards to questions, look at the descriptions of the capabilities/sub capabilities and that'll guide you on questions. Your competency framework answers will generally fit for the majority of questions.

The question may be worded in many different ways… something like 'what are you doing for self development' your answer should hit your digital focus, innovation and upskilling for the future

This position would be an internal competition, so probably the competency framework but I was thinking they might use the competency framework for assessing the applications and maybe the capability framework used somewhat in the interview.
