Where to buy brown rice pasta without being ripped off?

Tesco had their own brand of 100% brown rice pasta before the pandemic but they have stopped selling it. Supervalu in the past have sold Doves Farm brown rice pasta but seem to have also stopped. I could order from Nourish if they were not charging nearly nearly double the price per 500G. It should sell for around €3 instead of around €5.

Is there anywhere I can buy brown rice pasta in bulk reasonably priced?

Pasta made from brown rice that tastes like regular pasta. If you have an intolerance or you eat a lot of wheat pasta and would prefer a more varied diet it makes a great substitute. There are many gluten free pastas out there but I would prefer 100% brown rice rather than a mix of other ingredients used.

White rice has less nutrients in comparison to brown rice, however differences aren’t hugely significant. But what's important is that brown rice contains high amount of arsenic and if you consume brown rice on a regular basis, you might encounter Health Issues in a long run.

Silly comment - The levels of arsenic in brown rice are fine for consumption, you would have to eat massive volumes for it to have any noticable effect and in that case you would have other much more prominent issues rather than arsenic. Brown rice is also better for blood sugar managment, gut health and other metabolic syndromes.

Most natural foods are good for gut health : ) and as I mention of you eat brown rice for a prolonged period on a regular basis, you might encounter health probs and in comparison to white rice nutrient profile differences aren’t hugely significant. And if you really hate white rice, perhaps wild rice would be better alternative to brown.
