Small Rust After particles on Car. Any advice?

My brake disks were corroded recently. Before replacing both disks, I needed to take a long trip, during which the right hand side brake disk sprayed allot of rust type material on my car. I've cleaned it twice now, in the standard type car wash, then a manual car wash myself. There are still allot of after residue type small particles on the right hand side of car and on the hub cap.

Any advice for what can remove this? Or even a car detailing service recommendation for this?

The dust will have embedded itself in the paintwork and needs to be treated with some iron remover Iron -X is one brand but there are plenty to choose from.

As said above any iron decomtamination products will make short work of it. Spray on, leave for a few minutes, watch it change colur, rinse off well, inspect and repeat if necessary.

No scrubbing required, only (possibly) some light wiping with an appropriate microfibre cloth/mit.
