Whether it is sexual harassment, inappropriate behaviour or whatever you want to call it, it should not be happening. There are things to be stressed out about going into work, but this is not one of them.

But the OPs sister needs to understand that she is going to have to learn to stand up for herself... she can approach the man indirectly by perhaps asking him to use her name as a starting point, talk to her manager or go to HR, but at the end of the day it will get back to him and his sibling and she is still going to have to work there. There is no point in misleading her on this, it is going to be hard and she is going to have to learn to do this in life, so she might as well start here.

Sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace. Unfortunately, anyone is experiencing such a situation. It can be incredibly challenging to confront these issues, but it's crucial to take a stand against harassment.
