I've a few turkeys and chickens for my own deep freezer the man who butchers them for me isn't doing them anymore can anyone recommend someone that does im in the South West area

Can you try to do it yourselves as it is only for you?
it is a bit nerve-racking the first time but you soon get the hang of it.
