Adhesive for sticking down metal floor joiners?

    Can anyone recommend an adhesive that would work for sticking down a metal floor joiner thingy please? It's like this one

    The original adhesive has failed.

    Laminate floor one one side, tiles on the other. I've tried "No more nails" but it didn't work.
