How would someone properly apply for training licence? Do they need to be part of a gun club/get signed permission from a land owner or will it be fine if full licence holder has permission?

John Wilson - How would someone properly apply for training licence?

Use the FCA1 and fill in the following:

    • Section 1, tick training certificate.
    • Section 2.1 to 2.5 (all of it)
    • Section 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3, 3.5, but ignore 3.4.
    • Section 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 (if you're in a club, if not ignore) and section 4.4.
    • Section 5.1, ignore 5.2
    • Sign it, date it, have guardian sign it if under 16.

You need your own permission to show you have permission to shoot on the land. The permission the "fully "licensed person has is for them, and them alone.
