That was a solid 30 minutes of Joe being sensible. Remaining 45 minutes going to be mammies comparing Irish Colleges to Russian Gulags and Joe tutting and saying 'my god' because Fintan only got 2 Fish Fingers instead of 3 for his tea?

If you were in a lot of pain, why would you want to visit a coffee shop?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,326 ✭✭✭crazy 88

    They didn't have a toilet....what am I missing here?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,107 ✭✭✭✭Dempo1

If you offer Table service or sit down facilities your legally obliged to have toilet facilities.

I think law in UK is if less than 10 seats you don't have to have a bathroom...not sure if it's same in Ireland?

I have IBS you just plan and do your research....

The hardware shop wouldn't let me use their toilet and I ring Joe Duffy about it.

You should have said you would wear 3 masks while using the facilities.

I'm confused, was it a coffee shop or a hardware store 🤔

She seems to get around a fair bit, for someone in so much pain.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 58,519 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    wtf…

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,410 ✭✭✭✭gmisk

Why is she ringing Joe about this? Ask your GP? Or plan better so you know places that have bathrooms?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,348 ✭✭✭✭2smiggy

this woman best talking to her GP, and not to Joe (and the country) about these personal issues.

She has a medical condition seemingly but whilst I sympathise, surely she can't expect every business to be facilitatiing public toilet facilities 🤔

You should be allowed 3 refusals and then you can piss right out on the street.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,410 ✭✭✭✭gmisk

There is, around here, in the farmer's store.

SupaValu also, as well as the usual spots like the filling stations.

Whoy did she not go to her GP?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,410 ✭✭✭✭gmisk

As do I....I have IBS. I don't expect a place to open its own bathrooms to me.

My dad has a stoma and he is the same.
