Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Now that you have both registered your claims, usually you will just both claim from your own insurance (in the case of fully comp) and then they will battle away in the background until a decision is made in which you have no say whatsoever. You will then of course pay your premium increase for the next few years (might not be too bad with a NCB protection).

If you are third party you are in the sh1t position of waiting for the thing to be settled and then you will get a cheque.

Insurance claims where no road traffic offence was recorded are really out of ones hands, report, provide necessary details and docs and then wait.. That really is it.
