BBC have given it to de Gea but suppose its only who the FPL award it to that matters. The revolution of the stripes on the ball didnt change direction so I dont think he touched it

Assist changed to Bruno on site now

    Assist given to Bruno.

    Bruno given the assist now

As a Bruno owner I'll take the points but that is absolutely farcical as it clearly didn't touch his boot.

The ball can spin like that naturally. From the reverse angle there was no touch just before it spun a bit.

It's been given to Bruno though.

Second time he has gotten a dodgy assist against Fulham

They had to give the assist to Fernandes once VAR let the goal stand

It was very unlikely that FF were going to go against the on field call that he touched the ball.

Always said they should give assists to players who dummy the ball before a goal is scored :)

    Keep the owners happy.

    Absolute farce that.

Unlike in the real game, where VAR couldn't find conclusive evidence to overturn the decision that he did touched it, in FPL, surely there has to be conclusive evidence that he did?

The longer it went, the more I was expecting they would go against the VAR non-call (which may have been by negligence rather than an inability to call it).

I disagree with the people who say he 'clearly didn't touch it'. I think it is really inconclusive, but surely you need to be able to say he conclusively DID touch it to give the assist, so I feel I've gotten an increasingly differential and lucky 3 points.

Two wrongs make a right in FPL's eyes.

Between the Bruno assist and that goal I am in the **** in the money league from the off. Hope this turns around. The Bruno assist is annoying, sky gave it to de gea?!

Surely Man City run riot now and Torres fills his boots?

Fernandes usually gets full bps if he gets any sort of a return. The phantom assist could actually be a lot more yet. Maybe the yellow card will keep him out of contention?

Could lose my money league over the 6 point swing there and no doubt FPL Towers are fond of Bruno.

But for the fact he tried to assist Cavani I'll have to begrudgingly accept it. I mean the ball pretty much went where he'd intended it to go if he had got a touch.

I can accept that bit too but it's inconsistent.

Nothing inconclusive from what I saw. I saw no clear contact on Bruno's boot so that to me is a clear De Gea assist.
