Wtf is Russell giving out about? He hit the grass and took out Bottas.

Somehow, somehow Hamilton will be fine because of the safety car. Always happens.

Even where he went off was so lucky, he just missed a bit of the barrier that sticks out which would have totalled his car

    Actually he slapped his helmet.

Ham is a lap down too. But very lucky to still be in it.

I've no idea what happened there, but I can say with absolute certainty that it was George Russell's fault.

    Actually he slapped his helmet.

and Bottas gives him the middle finger.

Looking at that again, I think Bottas has moved over while Russell's alongside.

Would like to see Bottas' angle again.

Good crash that. That’s what we tune in for. A bit of excitement. Love it.

Yeah, no. This is the track that ended Ratzenberger and Senna.

    This too shall pass.

Was that a middle finger from Bottas?

Hamilton 9th, lap down. Gonna guess the rules will allow him to get his lap back and he'll end up back on the podium.

Is that Bottas sitting there realising he has no business blocking a seat at Mercedes? If only.

Russel went on the grass and lost it, his car lifted up and shunted the wheel right into the halo on Bottas' car. Nasty, and Russell's fault.

A lot of these drivers just cant handle the old tracks. Shows them up really to drivers of the past.

Think so or else sky are assuming he did so getting ahead of any issue.

Was it Mugello were they sent the lapped cars out to run Round to unlap themselves ...

That was remincisent of Mika hiding in the trees after crashing out, was that at Monza?

Could the case be made that Bottas moved across and Russell moved to avoid and caught the grass?

In fairness to both George and Valterri they've been driving around full of adrenaline. They're both going to react in that way regardless who they feel is at fault.

What position would he be in if her were able to catch up on that lap?

Finger started to rise before Russell slapped his helmet and continued to rise when Russell was moving away. Dunno what Russell said to him first though.

Did I hear Bottas saying "Wa*ker"?

Wonder how Russell is feeling after seeing the footage?

Lawrence Stroll looks like he's filming The Santa Clause 4 with that beard

One thing’s for sure, may the Bottas/Russell DTS storyline begin.

That view from Kimi is interesting. It seems there’s a very slight move from bottas but given the speeds they are going it magnifies it all.

Whooopsie, gotta blame Bottas for that one I think, not good.

Looks more like Russell lost it.

The two cars are fairly wrecked all the same.

As a result of Bottas forcing him onto the grass.
