Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey folks,
My partner has very small wrists and is looking for a fitness band, as opposed to a fitness watch so that she can track her steps and calories (and to a lesser extent sleep).
Has anyone found one that is accurate and has a good App to go with?
    Thank you in advance.

I use Xiaomi Mi Band5, their app isn't too bad either, and for the price of <30eur, it's excellent. There's no point tracking calories burned (because they're terribly inaccurate) unless she's trying to gain weight. Using food tracker is much better option.
