    Id suggest you also go back to the nbi website, enter your eircode. If it says you are outside the intervention area you need to click the "find out more" link.

    At this point follow all the instructions and you need to send an email either to get yourself added to the NBI rollout or ensure Openeir will connect you to fibre.
