Would love to know what people are prioritising/ predictions etc for Equity (who aren't doing a prep course or a doing a prep course that isn't Law School - just to see differences/similarities). but overwhelmed with the amount of case law!

Ah aye I've covered it briefly, but just at the stage now where I'm learning off lists of cases and thought I'd see if I'd save myself the effort of having to learn the 10 or so for disqualification!

Pretty sure to apply all have to be passed because they won’t look at the application without the confirmation that you have all 8 passed
