Hi guys, does anyone have EU and/or Constitutional past papers? I've sat and passed Tort, Company, Equity, Contract and Property if I have anything helpful I can trade. Thanks in advance.

Didn't they say applications open today? Their organization is shambolic.

Anyone have a company exam grid? I've got one from 2020 but it's the city colleges one that just uses chapter numbers instead of topics... Shoot me a PM and if there's anything you need in return I'll do my best!

Definitely online. In-person exams make my anxiety skyrocket and I forget more when I'm sitting an exam in an exam hall, I'd rather go without the shakes and vomiting if it means I can do it from the comfort of my own home at no added expense.

Hey guys, feeling a bit stuck for constitutional and equity, could anyone tell me what they are prioritizing for these exams or what they think is most important?

Clearly not stressful enough for us according to the Law Society

Does anyone know if we are able to view all of our past results from previous sittings online? I can't view ones from my November sitting, only March, but I also haven't received a certificate from the Law Society with my results so I'm a bit confused as to how we prove to prospective employers that we have all FE1s completed?

Nuisance came up as an essay question in the last sitting, would it be worth covering in dept or just know the basics?

Is anyone else having issues logging on to the law society website? Been trying to get on it since yesterday but it it keeps just showing the loading icon. Tried to email them but no response. Aren’t applications due today? *panicking*

The Mareva Injunction appeared on the March 2021 Equity paper. Is it worth spending a lot of time on it?

Hi guys, anyone who has sat Tort please let me know If It can be passed easily, I am beginning study now and also doing criminal and property. Any opinions would be appreciated

No. Certainly read it but I wouldn't bother preparing an essay question.

Hi everyone, would anyone be able to tell me if the Duty of Care question which came up on the Tort March 2021 paper was either an essay or a problem question? I have tried to search back through the thread but find the new boards layout impossible to understand and search through! Thanks in advance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32 lawgrad2020

Hi, sorry if this has been asked already but I can't seem to search in this new boards!

Does anyone have up to date grids for tort, constitutional or criminal? and any advice/heads up for tackling these three.

I have passed the other five so please let me know if you need anything. (also selling all material for these so PM if interested)

Turns out you have to sign in with your FE1 number, if you have done exams previously.
