Hi all researching the inclined sleep approach. So looking at trying it but cannot find a wedge that can under your mattress supplied in ireland. There seems to be loads in the UK, anyone have any luck sourcing in ireland?

This can be achieved easily by putting eg books under the legs/base of the actual bed at the bottom to raise the bed itself. Far more efficient also.
