    Is correct.

When we built our house, I had the whole living room wired for 7.1 (no Atmos back then). Had less than a week of rear speakers. First few days I had to turn them down to near zero, then zero. Ended up selling the whole kit and kaboodle for a loss and never tried again.

So if @platypuss could point us to a €300 seperates equivalent of the soundbar that was posted, ie. surround sound speakers, subwoofer, Atmos-enabled receiver, 2no. Atmos speakers, I'm sure it'd be the BA of the decade.
