Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't like that, Lowton swapped in for Stones.

Planned to get Dunk in for Mitchell this week but opted for Dallas with DGW 25 in mind
    However.......

2nd Newcastle goal has been changed to Almiron (ASM).

    Bednarak's blushes are saved

    Terrible from Alex McCarthy

His position surely has to be under threat

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,148 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Crikey McCarthy must be looking to be dropped.

The stream I was watching the two commentators were absolutely begging for that goal. Droning on about Tarkowski first, then bleating about Burnley only conceding two goals from corners all season. I was rolling my eyes going 'oh boy do I know what's coming here'.

Of course having just turned the stream on I'm obviously not blameless myself, but it was some serious hexing going on.

Started Pope over Martinez. I wonder what minute Burnley will concede in?

36th minute was the answer. :(

After Popes DGW I’m putting Martinez as a set and forget.

How? It was going nowhere till it deflected off him?

I've Wilson benched but it's nuisance if that's a hamstring injury and out for a while

Yep they’ve improved. They’re now only conceding 3 goals in a half.

It's amazing the way teams can turn it around. Newcastle looked like they might lose every game a few weeks ago.

A few weeks back they were struggling to get a team due to covid, they have gotten players back from injury/fitness and can play decent ball.

Southampton will be the same, in a week or two, at the moment due to injuries have forced their hand, Liverpool were lucky to get results with the injuries they had, but in recent days their luck ran out.

I did the exact same, punished for being a sheep the last 2 weeks and I wanted to change it up this week, oh well, there's always next week when I might get the captain call right!

Even though they're still leading, there's a strong chance they'll lose this one too. Its all Southampton since the red card.
