So I'm Irish now, with Brit masters.

    If only I knew.

Ok you're not Irish, so that would explain how you seem to have so little knowledge of anything do with this thread, fair enough.

Best not to talk rubbish about things you have no clue about I don't go on horse racing threads spouting nonsense.

    He was a chef.

In the eyes of the PIRA, being a chef made him a high-ranking collaborator. Stunning stuff.

  • Registered Users Posts: 305 ✭✭CaoimhinCong

    .....as a chef.

Look your going to talk about being at war and legitimate targets etc, but this was an ordinary guy doing a low level job.

So let's say Damien at number 4 Allscourt avenue murders your family member. A few years later Damien's brother has a job do you move into 8 allcouet avenue and do the job.

Loyalty would be a huge issue, hurt, etc etc.

Bloody Sunday the 2 para- fort george- 14 neighbours murdered.

    Collaborator.

Ordinary man? He worked against his community. I don't delight in murder. I'm calling it for what it was. Patsy Gillespie was a collaborator. He was treated accordingly IMO.

It was absolutely barbaric to use him as a human bomb trigger simply for working as a chef. But go ahead and justify it - it just reflects more of the core of SF.

This is incredible stuff, nauseating, disgusting, words fail.

The man was a chef, doing a job, feeding his family, and that made him a "legitimate target".

The PIRA had form for this type of thing. Trying to legitimise the killing of ordinary people by the most tenuous of things. Propaganda at its worst.

It's very obvious why SF wants the SCC gone as SF runs it's own special type of justice system. Kangaroos courts, disappear people ...

It's a bit like North Korea where Kim uses artillery to blow up people who aren't "Loyal".

Lot of slates being lifted here, slug life being exposed to the harsh light of reality.

"The paras murdered 14 people so now we are going to murder one of our own because he makes sandwiches for them" - makes no sense

Unfortunately is makes sense to a certain coterie of people, Stu.

Feed people to pigs? Do tell?

A come off it would you!

Can you not just come out and say: The Nationalist people of NI were sold out and left to their own devices. We had to fend for ourselves against some of the worst terrorists in the world. Of course we had to go down into the gutter and get dirty with them.

First they came for the socialists...

Just on the above, the UN, Amnesty International, Red Cross, a few of our past president's also have doubts about the SCC.
Similar to the polling issue, once the finger is pointed, suddenly it's not only the Shinners.

I haven't been a member of sinn fein for 15 years as I stated about 20 posts ago. Sinn fein would rather this not discussed I have no issue in saying what I think of a collaborator. Its a shame but its the truth he worked for the Brits.

Nah that's more FG style than Sinn Fein, old IRA disappeared nearly 20 times more people (mostly protestants) in 3 years than the provos did in 30.

No to forget the Mother and Baby homes and present cover up.

What age are you, like seriously?

Just to echo what Francie said, there's a great difference in what EOB said, and that of the FG leader.

One said "they thought it stopped", and the other said "it all stopped before his time" then it emerges that not only did it not end "before his time", but fake pollsters were actively used for his 2011 campaign. You'd want to be buying a gallon of copon mate.

I see that fg journo hack Philip Ryan is limiting those that can reply to his tweets on Twitter. He is rattled to the very core that man.

Look parties can't be organising their campaigns blind
What the hell odds if they're out there asking how people might vote
Chances are if you called to a house wearing a party t shirt you won't get a correct or useful answer
I'm dumbfounded at the fuss and as I said don't regard it as a story
It'll be dealt with information retention wise by the regulator
Unless you require a permit and didn't have one to go door to door asking questions, then there's nothing to see here

The indo and the rest have began to push their luck too far, the people are starting to see these articles for what they really are, they think they are hurting Sinn Fein like they were in the past but now what they are doing is the exact opposite, you can sense the desperation from the media and the posters on here.

You are correct, there's no story about Sinn Fein conducting their own internal polling.

The story now, is how Philip Ryan thought their was a story because he was unaware others were at it, and thought he could damage Sinn Fein with his "scoop".

The story has evolved into a story laughing at the emperor's and empress's who were wearing no clothes the other day.

Oh I get it now !!Its ok if SF does something and even though it’s a SF thread don’t dare question them ..
Asking what age I am ?
I’m just telling you what SF supporters have been saying on every media outlet calling Leo , LeotheLiar and I didn’t see you asking any of them what age they were ? But when I suggest EointheLiar Which has been proven you get all hot and bothered. Typical SF supporters lol.
