Yeah, we'll need several centuries per cm at this rate

Snowing softly with large flakes in D24, it is sticking but we'll need a ramp to keep it there!

Ultra light flakes in North coastal Dublin - I was expecting rain or sleet so anything at all is a pleasant surprise!

You mean kilometre (sic), but that's for the kids. In Ireland adults talk miles and drink PINTS. Never mind the Germans with their tiny 0,2 litre glasses :p

snow getting very light here already. At most 5 minutes of moderate snow. Looking at the radar won't be long before it stops. About 0.3cm here.

Stop crying.... Only 95% of the world uses metric like Ireland... Maybe emigrate to the UK??

They might understand miles and inches...

FFS reports of snow in d15, and d17. So close but yet so far, nothing yet in d16 :(

And yes I know they're not close geographically, but I'm mathematically minded.

    Yes! It's here :)

Here in Cork just let the dog out and all the gutters on the house and neighbors houses are creaking. Rain from earlier freezing in them?

The snow is quite chunky here near Arklow at the moment
I've a full view of the lamp post but am reluctant to get up from the cosy warm armchair to check if it's settling (yet) :D

    1.4c air temp
    Wetbulb -0.1c
    Dewpoint -2.1c
    Flat calm to 3kmh west

Gone from very very light to light snow now in Dublin 16. Getting there..

  • Registered Users Posts: 332 ✭✭Paso Fino

Still very light flakes North coastal Dublin, just enough to dust the tops of the cars but unlikely to see much more than that I think!

Light stuff but plenty of it here in Dun Laoghaire. None of it sticking.
