Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Watching the match live, USA 11 for 2, both wickets for Barry McCarthy. Extremely annoying American commentator, putting on a strange accent at times

    12/3

This is shaping out to be a shocker.

Embarrassing performance batting wise in the last 10 overs.

All that focusing on white ball cricket is really showing some fruition. Could have been 50-100 run loss.

Is their anyone who can score a run outside Balbirnie/Stirling and Delany?

Not impressed today with our batting.

Beaten by the US, so we have been beaten by a team, 17 places below us in the ICC World T20 rankings. Christ…. To put it into context…Uganda, Saudi Arabia and Italy are all ranked higher then the US…

Another new low and the US were missing 4 of their better players too.

Don't really see any light at the end of the tunnel either.

My God this middle order is absolutely horrendous. Not even club cricket standard. The standard of this side is embarrassing. USA are a much better side

Bowled out for 150 after 18.5……

US score 13 off their first over in reply, Jesus it’s getting better.

Adair averages 1 wicket per ODI…

imagine what the West Indies will do to us in a couple of weeks, this is dreadful

Camper straight into the attack, picks up a wicket courtesy of him running out the dangerous looking Scott and only concedes a single run…. Needed that !

Ireland got the job done last night just about and levelled the series 1-1. Not much between the sides with Tucker being the difference.

Not a whole lot of positives from the last couple of days. The 3 match ODI series begins on Sunday.

Tucker was the difference…. He pretty much won the match for us… our batting again wasn’t good enough, Tucker had scant backup…

4 out of our 11 batsmen got into double figures…..and none of the other 3 doing anything to write home about…

    Tucker : 84

    Campher : 17

    Singh : 13

    Balbernie : 10

be interesting to see how this group of players transition to the 50 over game.

are the 50 over one day matches available to watch anywhere online ?

    All the games on premiersports.

First ODI tomorrow has been cancelled due to a positive covid case among the umprire team. Rest of the series has to be at risk too even tho official word is they are hoping the other two games go ahead.

Given the global covid situation, it's hard to be too confident of the windies series happening in early Jan

Rest of the ODI series is cancelled. Covid cases among the Irish travelling group but not in the players

3 Irish players including Paul Stirling covid positive ahead of the windies ODI series starting Jan 8th
