Is Healy on the bench? Would like to see him get as much of the second half as possible.

He is. Hopefully will come on around the 55 min mark.

Beirne is way faster than I imagined

    No ruck formed tho?

    Please bring Healy on.
Can't take another season of this

Munster lucky to be 6-0 in front. Some very sloppy play.

They changed the rule after eddie jones had a fit

You just knew he would miss that kick...

but if its just a tackle there is no offside line

If it wasn’t for Munster errors this one would be extremely one sided, you’d have to think

Ah here lads, you'd swear Healy hasn't missed penalties or missed touch recently. Give JJ a chance. I'd say something if he was having a mare but he's been doing fairly well with his kicks in play.

JJ has been poor. That pen out on the full killed us as we were starting to get going after 20 minutes. The final penalty miss is frustrating too. I’d like to see Healy on sooner than later.

He’s had 2 seasons as Munsters first choice ten...

Harlequins not doing anything fancy, Munster just not at the races and are much better than the last 40 minutes. Need to regroup now at half time and put Quins away early in the second half - if it's still a game at 60 then anything could happen.

I am going to assume this is a brain fart! You have to come through the gate. He knew exactly what he was doing

you'd be hopefully Healy would learn from any mistakes, JJ hasn't improved much over the years. Give youth a chance

After he missed the touch with the penalty it was another really aimless kick that gave Smith all the time in the world to pin Munster deep in their 22. Fairly certain that was also Hanrahan. Two poor kicks in quick succession turned the game completely back on Munster

Think I've heard this before?...... ;)

There is now because eddie jones had a fit. The offside line is created at the tackle

This was our best chance of a bonus all season, if we don't get it here, as we barely look likely to win at this point, then it could be costly, I feel.

Same sh**e as last year- looked somewhat promising earlier in the season before the old heads returned and we reverted to type.

Will you piss off. Its not even close to reverting to type. When did Munster of old offload constantly and keep the ball alive.
Thay haven't been their best, but this is the first half decent opposition munster have a had this season.

not true. Scarlets would hammer this Quins side. they’re a poor team and Munster aren’t playing well. i don’t think they’re reverting to type, just playing poorly.

i expected more after their early season form.

Reverting to a conservative 10 who is most trusted in not ducking up rather than trying to win...

that’s a stupid penalty and card to give away too, under relatively little pressure

    What a kick from Beirne!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,641 ✭✭✭Dog Botherer

Beirne to the rescue, holy ****

  • Beirne for oh

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,119 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

We really are our biggest enemy today. Quinn’s are doing nothing special whatsoever but don’t have to because anytime to put any pressure on us we gift them a cheap penalty.

De Allende and Beirne immense there, except the back doing incredible right work and the lock showing incredible skill

Backs firing into the mauls, have seen that a few times this season.

They spot the hit on Brown but Marler absolutely superman-esque over the ruck gets waved away.
    Brown milked it.
