Permanence is irrelevent.
They are not allowed under this clause:
The sale of alcohol products at a reduced price or free of charge on the purchase of another product or service.

Lidl and Supervalu have had 48 hour deals on wine in the past. This legislation is targeted at them.

Fair enough; I've never noticed 48 promos or booze deals linked to non-booze items.

Tesco were out of boxes of the Bulmers there few days ago just for the heads up. Centra have bottles alright as well. Better off buying two boxes of 12 cans for 30 even if it is slightly expensive as they are full size cans.

Apt name. Try off licences if they're open. Most staff finish early Christmas Eve to have a break.

Sad on my behalf, but noticed Tesco have Ha'penny Pot Still Gin 70Cl on their web site at €20.

Could be a mistake as I have never seen this below €30

Also Graham Nortons Vino Frizzante Rose 75Cl 3 for €20.
Tallero Frizzante Spago 75Cl 3 for €20

Tesco had it for €20 a few years ago too so I doubt it's a mistake. Picked up a few bottles at the time. I remember posting about it in one or other of these threads...

Tesco finest prosecco now 3 for 25€. It was 15 euro per bottle pre-Christmas and even with 25% off was €33.75 for 3. Nice stuff

the Ha'penny Pot Rhubarb Still Gin 70cl is 20 quid also. Havent tried it yet but looking forward to trying it

It must be out of stock in the store that services your area for home delivery. Once you're logged in, the website/app shows you stock for that specific store.
