It's a private company, but it just so happens to be a government consultancy firm as well (see https://www.siliconrepublic.com/companies/health-passport-ireland-launches-covid-testing-workplace). If you choose not read the article, then that's up to you. But Roqu Group, who is behind Health Passport Ireland, is described in the article as a government consultancy firm.

In London, where I was a month or so ago, most cafés and restaurants insist on QR codes and the NHS app. You can't go in unless you have the app. I didn't imagine that.

They are muzzles, in my opinion.

In my opinion giving things childish names is childish.

Roku sold the government a bunch of crap ventilators. That's why they call themselves a government consultancy. I doubt the gov would be so generous in their description.

Finally, why do you post such easily refuted nonsense. Businesses are not allowed to insist that customers use a QR code or the NHS app. So yeah, you imagined it or you are lying. Which is it?

Okay, here it is again, so that there's no ambiguity:

The purpose of covid-19, whether it was planned or is being exploited, is to crush the economy and small businesses so that society can be reset and built back better. Hence the global use of 'build back better' and the upcoming Great Reset. The end result will be a technocratic hell (hence the present psyop being driven by experts to get people used to living in a society ruled by technocrats and health experts) in which restrictions will be placed on human beings, much of nature will be off limits ('climate change' being the justification) and technology will be essential to survive (Health Passport Ireland, QR codes, vaccination passports).

    Is that clear enough?

If a person cannot do anything unless the light goes green on their health passport, or unless vaccinated, then that is the mark of the beast come to pass. The health passport, or the vaccine, is the mark in that case, and one cannot do anything ('buy or sell') unless they have taken the mark. Isn't that clearly the mark of the beast? Now, even if you don't want to call it 'the mark of the beast', it doesn't really matter, because it's identical to it. So you can call it whatever you like, it doesn't matter. Same thing.

So let’s play your game for the craic

Tell us, what’s your issue with the Great Reset?

That's fair enough. I won't call them muzzles so out of respect for posters who think it's childish. It distracts from the discussion.

But the government is set to analyse the results of the trials currently underway across the country.

Businesses are not allowed to insist that people explain what their exemption is re masks, but they do it anyway. Has happened to me a few times in London. I tried to buy a cup of tea in London at a Christmas market and I was unable to as I did not wish to sign up to some stupid website and do the QR thing, both of which I was told were mandatory. No lying. You'll just have to take my word for it.

What's the game exactly? Or is a discussion a game?

The "stupid website and qr code thing" is the NHS's track and trace app. Businesses must record your details, but they are under no obligation whatsoever to do it digitally, as you have claimed. You should retract your statement as it is factually incorrect and misleading.

Business are completely allowed to ask you to explain your exemption.

Ok. So how does this fit into the rest of your wacky theory?

So the doctors who developed the vaccine didn't notice that the virus was arteficial?

Why not? Why do conspiracy theorists like yourself claim this when you believe they are wrong?

    Lol. How is it possible?

    No. It's not.
It's only a concern for conspiracy theorists and other people who don't know how the vaccine works.
    Or the willfully ignorant.

But vaccines don't really have anything to do with what I believe is going on. Some have claimed the vaccines will contain a chip, or slowly make people sick. I don't claim that. But I understand that it's a concern that people have.

I don't believe the virus is artificial. I think it's very real.

There are doctors who claim that it will alter our DNA. I don't make that claim, but there are doctors who say it will.

The answer is that I don't want to live in a technocratic society with Health Passport Ireland, restrictions on movement and freedom, and mass surveillance.

I retract it. I was wrong. I thought it had to be done digitally. My mistake.

But I was still refused service. I was not told about the non-digital option.

With the NHS QR code system there is nothing recoded by the business, and also nothing recorded by the NHS app.

It is purely your phone records that you were at an establishment. In the event of the test and trace system figuring out an outbreak occurred at that location then your phone app will pick up that up from an alert from the database. At no point does anyone know that you were at that establishment, and you can delete the data from your phone at any point.

If you want to stay anonymous, but still show that you are complying with the system, then run the app, scan the code to appease the staff at the coffee shop, delete the data. Nobody can trace your movements.

None of that has anything to do with The Great Reset. Are you even familiar with the conspiracy you’re peddling?

So again, what is your issue with the great reset?

What are the 3 fundamentals of the great reset? Do you know without googling it?

    You won't, so worry over.

I hope you're right, but according to the following article it's set to be rolled out in the UK and in other countries:

    https://www.siliconrepublic.com/companies/health-passport-ireland-launches-covid-testing-workplace

"As well as launching in Ireland, the platform will also be launched in the UK, US, Italy, Kenya and Germany, with other locations to follow."

Not yet. It still being trialled.

I'm familiar with the Great Reset as described on the WEF website, but I am saying what I believe it to be.

I believe that this was either planned, or is being taken advantage of, to bring about a technocratic society with the things I mentioned.

What do you think the radical changes Schwab and WEF are promising are?

So when it's rolled out only those who choose to download it will have to show a green light to enter a restaurant, a shop etc, and those who don't will be allowed to just walk in?

You realise the great reset was the brain child of prince Charles?

You also realise that the WEF cannot enforce policy or change without buy-in?

I think the radical changes they are proposing sound fantastic. Very idealistic but not practical. It won’t amount to much beyond an environmental campaign

You should tell Schwab that. He seems to think it's a given. He has described the idea of going back to what he sinisterly calls the 'old normal' as a 'fiction'.

    What are the radical changes?

The same, as it is now. When you were younger and you were asked for I.D to enter a bar/club did you whinge?

My mobile phone doesn't monitor me at work. I can turn the phone off. Schwab mentioned the possibility of technology allowing employers to monitor their employees. How would you feel about that?

So they'd go to all the expense of developing the app, and of trialling it, roll it out all across the world, only to let people choose not to bother with it?

If I forgot my ID I could go home to get it. If I was 'unhealthy' according to Health Passport Ireland I'd be locked out of society.
