    Absolutely no idea what the Glasgow loosehead was trying to do in that maul there, standing up trying to push it back.

    Not bad so far considering the conditions, Haley's doing well under the high ball.

    Coombes must be looking at a call up to the national squad for the 6 Nations if he can maintain this form. A backrow of 6. Coombes 7. O'Mahony 8. Stander would be very nice for Europe.

    Coombes needs to play in Europe to get a real idea of his performances. Ospreys and Glasgow 2nds and 3rds are a world away from France and England
