IIRC, there was an interesting poll discussed on RTE a few months ago, where people were asked who they'd vote for and who they think their neighbours would vote for. Many said they themselves were undecided/voting democrat but most said their neighbours would vote Trump. Voters won't admit they'll vote Trump. 'the silent majority'.

Mind you, this was before the death toll from covid got so bad, so sentiment may have changed since then. I think Trump will win more of the tight swing states than is being suggested.
