Coverage is 7.30 so the game is probably 7.45 or 8 though?

No, only a good few went to q school, only 5 I think won tourcard.

Lisa Ashton, Scot Waites, Jeff Smith, Wesley Harms, Nick Kenny I think

Is their any talks of the rest moving over? Is Barry Hearn tempted to buy out what’s left of it?

Toughest final to call in a long time. I'll go Price to win 7-5.

Expect plenty of aggro from Price.

Should be a tight game, for the first half anyway
All things being equal, Price has shown better scoring power and finishing
But who says all things will be equal, it's a world final after all
I'm rooting for Price, consistently the best player for the last 18 months
And regardless of what you think of him, it's a great sporting story - pro rugby player to possibly World Champ and World No 1 in 6 years, jeez you'd have to give him credit for that
he's not there yet though and Anderson is well capable of winning
Fair play of he does, but please Gary, don;t friggin moan in the post game interview..

    Price 7-3 for me

I don't think there is anything left to buy out! Everything to do with the BDO is gone AFAIK.

Maybe there's match footage that could be bought.... maybe...

Hope Gary does it. I just don't like Price and his attitude tbh

All i hope for is a cracker of a game!

If Gary comes out of it as the winner i'll be a tad bit happier.

    It’s very hard to call.

Price will surely feel nerves tonight and he can’t get as many ton plus checkouts as the last match. He is very hard to beat though and his tops and d10 are the best in the world.

Gary has the experience of four finals and better scoring power. If he’s at his best and hits his doubles well I think he wins. Needs to not let Price rattle him as well.

Price for me. Better under pressure and I think he’s got the measure of Anderson

The guy doing the introduction said Price was
'The world's number 3 and the world number 1' just before he walked out. Don't really understand that

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,364 ✭✭✭✭siblers

    Gary threw that set away

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,274 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

Way too many loose darts from Anderson.
Threw that set away, can’t afford too many of those. Price will mop up every time.

He said Welsh no 1 I think, pretty meaningless haha

Hopefully not too one sided, can’t see past Price winning it. Anderson certainly can’t afford to be so wasteful

Thought Anderson might settle the quicker but Price looks really ensured

Didn’t see the walk ons but Price goes number 1 in the world if he wins this

Price robbed that set from under Gary's nose

Said it before and will say it again, them tattoos look ridiculous on Anderson, tattoos don't suit some people and Anderson is one of these people.

Not fond of Anderson but hopefully he beats Price, cannot stand him or his sportsmanship or shall I say lack of it.

If anderson is loose on the doubles its over

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,274 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

    Good set from Gary.

Needed that, if he lost another set after having a lead it would have been hard to take.

Is there any Bdo WC this year?

  • Registered Users Posts: 28,679 ✭✭✭✭_Kaiser_

Much needed fightback from Gary there to level it up.

Price is more comfortable so far but his nerves are getting to him a bit. Gary will need that to stay in touch in the early stages I think.

Price may burn out early (hopefully) and let the pressure get to him
