Seems like Cavan, Donegal & Monaghan have gone into level 4 restrictions following a rise of Covid-19 cases which means looking at Wikipedia:

1. No visitors to private homes or social gatherings will be allowed.
2. Up to 6 guests can attend a wedding ceremony and reception.
3. All gyms, leisure centres, swimming pools, museums, galleries and non-essential businesses and services will be closed.
4. Up to 25 mourners can attend funerals.
5. Restaurants, bars and cafés can only open for takeaway and delivery.

That's 3 local lockdowns.
