Myself and my partner are looking at properties in a new development in Dublin. While talking to the agent the other day, he mentioned that one of the 10 percent social houses would be next to the one we have our eye on. Maybe a poll on "Would you buy a house next door to a social house?"

Then the OP could get some idea of whether they are limiting their market any, when they decide to sell.
I think they would be limiting the pool of buyers.
