18 from 5 on WC, not a great start but plenty of rivals with Werner as captain

Ah I hear ya and I’m not breaking your balls but if you’re going to pick people up on what they say then you’ll be busy as. I do think you want to haul people over the coals for what they say but maybe people just get excited when they’re doing well and not entering their opinion as fact for a court of law.

It’s not a science. It’s a unpredictable game that we try to predict.

As for Maupay. I love him. Think he looks great and is a mini Aguero in my head. I’m going to buy him because I love watching him play. Love his attitude.

Going to try and have more fun this season beacuse, let’s face it, after that hit I’m not scaring the top of any leagues, soon, this season.

And for the record - the best value player is the one you hate owning the least.

Agree on Maupay, he looks great value this season. That Brighton team create so many chances for him.

Danny Ings had 1 shot yesterday and scored, he does have a habit of getting these 7 point goals though (including 3 bonus) so he's still a good option.

Something from Burke would be nice. Put him in GW1 not even expecting him to start, especially not as a striker.

Maybe this was already mentioned but .... Reece James got a fcuking bonus point!! 3 goals conceded, no goals/assists, and a YELLOW! And there was TEN different scorers. Madness.

    Sunday's Realistic Wishlist:

Klich - penalty goal and assist for some nobody in a 1-1. Gets the three bonus too. 13 points.

Davies - starting would be nice and a CS, nicks a bp too. 7 points.

Son - 4 big ones last week so I won't be greedy. 1 goal and an assist for not Harry Kane (who unfortunately went off injured after 21 seconds), CS too and gets full bonus because he was robbed last week. 14 points.

KdB(c) - 1 penalty goal and 2 assists for not Sterling in a 3-0 win. 3 bonus too. 34 points.

Justin: an OG and a red because I've benched him. -4.

West Ham v Wolves - abandoned due to David Moyes kicking the sh1t out of Patrice Evra in the Sky studio.

68 from 4. Would be HEWT.

How does Kilch realistically get a goal and an assist in a 1-1 draw?

I was listening on the radio and it sounded like he put in about 100 crosses

I went looking for it earlier and found this on twitter/reddit
Looking at the post game stats, James had 98 accurate passes (95%), 6 key passes, 5 successful crosses, 2 tackles, 1 dribble, 1 clearance, 1 big chance created. Although he had a YC & conceded 3 goals, it was apparently enough to get 1 BP.

    Erm.. :o

He won his own penalty and FPL decided to give him an assist for it. Unprecedented but KdB got an assist for not even touching the ball on Monday night so anything is possible.

    Bamford in the 12
Dreading what Kane/Son do in the 2
    Captain KDB in the 4.30
Saiss and Neto in the 7

    Love days like these.*

    *Let's revisit at 9pm...

Nobody in the 12 (had to ditch Egan)
    Just Doherty in the 2
    Captain Kev in the 4:30
And Soucek and Jimi in the high scoring 7

    ;)

Fantastic pass by Klich to give Harrison a chance.

Klich could be coming in as a weekly starter if he impresses today.

I bet he gets a hat-trick in a goalless draw

Seeing as it's the Sunday trend.

12 - Dallas CS, Costa goal be nice. 2-0 Leeds
2 - Son repeating last week's antics with a HT, won't be too greedy asking for 4 again
4.30 - 1-1 Fernandino goal (nun), Shelvey (nun) I'll be behind the couch for this one
    7 - 0-2 Wolves. Podence with something.

    GL all.

If they could tighten up, he could be gold.

Lundstram wasted excellent chance. Good save by Meslier.

Outstanding save by Meslier from a Lundstram shot.

Best save I’ve see so far this season.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

    great save by Ramsdale now

How's klich doing ? Could do with a Leeds pen

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,687 ✭✭✭✭wonski

And another Meslier save from Baldock this time.

    Where are the goals

    Looking like a 0-0

That bonus point system needs changing. His yellow card tackle was a bad challenge as well. Just because be touched the ball a million times should not be worth more than goals and assists.

That was another really good save.

    The Blades looking more likely.

Could've been 2-1 only for three incredible saves.

    0-0 at HT.

Leeds looking very soft in the middle of the pitch.

Look like they could do with a proper defensive Mid.
