This is getting very close to a tie.

    Heartbreaking for the Eagles

Not even mad it made me laugh typical of this game tbh

    Jesus Christ

Some very strange passage there, I mean. The false start is ridiculous, obviously. But to just punt it? Surely you take the shot to try get a first down and spike it?

Can't imagine Peterson making that call a year ago

I find it insane that he's never been able to get a consistent starting gig

Well, he got the starting berth at the Jags last year. Got injured in the first game and then Minshew played well after that, came back and then was benches and Minshew got the starting job. Just unlucky really.

I hope he has a cracking time now that he's likely to be starting for the Bears.

Him and Cam in this off season were no-brainer pickups/trades.

That we were looking at Blake Bortles because Lock went down just shows how bizarre things can be in the NFL.

That mess with the forth down from the eagles just sums up the season perfectly. FFS.

The state of that result in Philly.

Time to watch nfl redzone and get a bit of pallet cleanser to get the taste of that tie out for my mouth. A ****ing tie against the worst team in the nfl last year.

How do we blame Gase for that particular play?

That was on Darnold. But if you dont think Gase is the real issue here you clearly havent been watching much of the Jets over the last year

I enjoy the jets suffering no matter who we blame for it, seems the thread wants the blame to be on Gase. I'm on board for that, just couldn't think of an obvious way to lay it at his feet!

Sure just hold the ball out for him!

    Taxi for Metcalf. Incredible.

Very similar to a play by Marcus Cooper on the Bears a few years ago except that was a pick 6 that never was.

    Ohh Metcalf
You hate love to see it :pac:

Well yeah credit to the rookie but it's all on Metcalf.

If the panthers could actually score some TDs this game would be out of sight! Charger offence has been horrific.

I'd hook him immediately and sack him before he even crossed the sideline.

    Wow Murray is smooth.

Kyler is unstoppable as a runner.

We'll take him at Chicago for a late rounder! :D

    Yeah a poor pick.

Reminds me of Marcus Cooper during one of the Bears' meme seasons under John Fox

Colts put the game to bed against the jets with a 4th and goal from the 1. Into the end zone untouched.

So, jets still on track for the number one pick next year

Edit: yes I'm aware I've called that in the 3rd quarter.

Panthers are eating chargers alive defensively.
