If anyone's got an illegal stream of the build-up, do not pm it to me as that would be against the law

Leinster need to keep the scoreboard ticking over and stay ahead of Saracens.
If Saracens start well and get ahead I can see them winning the match.

    Leinster by a score.

As important as it is to shut down Billy Vunipola, Leinster will hopefully turn the screw by bringing in VDF in the final quarter to get at Goode/Manu Vunipola.

The disparity in benches isn't nearly as stark as some might believe though. There's no discernible advantage to be had for Byrne, Bent, JGP or ROL. Baird is good but this is a huge step up for him too and we've no idea if the pressure might tell when he's introduced.

High tempo has to be the way to go for Leinster if possible. There's a lot of experience in the Saracens team but also a lot of miles on the clock in that back line.

This is potentially the last game of professional rugby Barritt and Wigglesworth ever play. For that reason alone, this Saracens team is going to be at an emotional pitch that Leinster have not encountered in 16 months. I expect Saracens to absolutely tear into Leinster from the start.

It's how Leinster absorb that ferocity will be the winning and losing of this. They should have enough experience to know what is coming and have a plan for responding.

If Leinster don't win South Dublin will be put into a Level 5 lockdown.....of shame!

Yeah I've only got my phone access and I'd hate for someone to pm me with a stream for this.

    Leinster by 15-20.

    I like it!
Leinster should fillet this Saracens Light
Goode at 10 is desperate stuff.
Must be one of the oldest back lines In Europe. Wigglesworth is 37 now!
Pity it’s not on real telly.

Please let Leinster hammer the ****e out of the cheating *****.

    Doesn't seem to be any.

If there is a rugby god we will put 50 on these and RK will ping Farrell in the nose on the sidelines.

I’d be a lot more confident if Dave Kearney and Furlong were fit for this.

Goode started 10 for them in their last European QF. He's a top class full back but a very solid outhalf.

    Radio 5

Very harsh penalty. Ball was completely clear and available. Porter was not in the way and had rolled to the side.

    Who knocked on from Leinster?

9 can get the ball easily, probably would've disrupted more had he tried to move out

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,870 ✭✭✭This is it

    Great work Porter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,507 ✭✭✭✭JRant

If that's the standard for not rolling away there will be a lot of penalties today.

Very poor crowd in attendance for what is supposedly a very well supported club.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,367 ✭✭✭ongarite

Good to level the scores straight away.

Rumour has it they couldn't even give the tickets away.

    Another penalty.
Referee taking no **** at the breakdown

Jesus that is soft against Sexton.

    That penalty is nonsense

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,870 ✭✭✭This is it

Need to adapt to how strict the ref is. He won't change so we need to

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,948 ✭✭✭✭AbusesToilets

What was that? Sexton was anywhere near the ball, Vunipola was able to place immediately

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,007 ✭✭✭KH25

He released after he was told to, yet Gauzère pinged him anyway. Nonsense.

The dubs are doing what Kerry fans have been doing for years, waiting for the final.

    And rightly so.

Absolutely. Need to expose Sarries to him as well

Holy shít what on earth was McGrath thinking

    That was very poor.
Saracens killing Leinster yet again at the breakdown and in the defensive line.

Worst 11 minutes of Leinster in some time

Brutal pass. Could do with slowing the tempo a bit.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

It was talked about how Leinster would need to adapt to this ref. They’ll need to do it quickly

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,738 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Everything just looks... sluggish. You can tell Sarries have the momentum and more game time behind them since the restart of the season

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,870 ✭✭✭This is it

    Consistently strict at least...

2 of the softest penalties you'll see at the breakdown have hurt us so far.
