    RELEVANT PART DOWN BELOW
I posted a thread a few months ago that my knee hurts when I squat
Found out today from a proper physio that I f*cked up cartilage in my knee
I haven’t really trained legs in months and they are really starting to get badly overlapped from upper body so I want to train them
I am getting a mri scan in a few days and might need surgery
Is there anything I can do to train Legs
Hamstrings feel fine but can’t train quads
    ————— RELEVANT
I’m basically asking what exercises I can do with damaged knees that won’t hurt my knee
    E.g extensions

Have you asked your physio this question?
