Klopp deserves a knighthood if Liverpool manage to win the league this season
    Rotten luck so far

Rotten luck, absolutely. Every club has had somebody with Covid. Every club has an injury list.
But to be fair liverpool have gotten a fair whack in the past month alone.
It will be interesting to see how they get on. A few young players will get a few more games than expected. Jota will be a starter also now Salah looks to be sidelined.
Reckon they will do ok all the same but it is certainly putting pressure on if we get any more bad news.

They backed down on that one quick. People aren't idiots.

    Their prices were extortionate

Aye, a fiver a game would have been a much more palatable price.

The Daily Mail changed there headline to read footballer in his 20s arrested
Obviously ends some of the very unfair speculation that was about this mornings

And given that they were arrested at their home on Wednesday, I presume that rules out anyone on International duty.

This season will be like the Japanese film Battle Royale by the time it's over.

Nothing extra than what they're charging anyway is the better outcome. **** em, money grabbing shower.

If people name innocent people online they run that risk. Twitter is brutal for that stuff.

Man City have lodged an offical complaint to Sky Sports about Roy Keane and his comments on Kyle Walker.

Will they have walker take a load of exams to prove how smart he is?

Not sure if it's an unpopular opinion but I think Walker has been a great signing for City. Easily the most consistent fullback they've signed under Pep.

You see fouls happen all the time like the one on Mane, I didn't get the criticism of him at the time, every defender commits fouls and I'm sure I saw one the same (outside the box) in the Ireland v Wales game last night. Alternative is letting him go one and one and score so what's he to do?

To me Walker is unbelievable 90-95 % of the time and then absolutely woeful,
He suits City style down to the ground as an inverted full back and gets the CB's out of so many holes with his pace, I think Pep is happy enough that the good out weighs the bad,

Always seems like its just concentration issues for him ,

Roy Keane loves to grab the headlines, he has more interest in that than analysing football.

To be fair it was an off the cuff remark , Strangely if you remember Liverpool away to Spurs last season he said the same thing about Aurier when he made a stupid tackle on Mane to give away a peno

I didn't hear the comment on Walker, I'm talking in general. If he's not controversial, he's nothing as a pundit.

In fairness to Keane I don't think it's an act. He really is just that contrary.

The present said why does Walker feel like he has to stick a leg out there
Roy replies " because he's an idiot "

Hardly the worst offence, but unnecessarily personal from a pundit.

When I think of Walkers and idiots, I think of Keane in a leprechaun suit, begob sher.

An official complaint over that comment?

Man City have lodged an offical complaint to Sky Sports about Roy Keane and his comments on Kyle Walker.

If that's the truth, then it's very precious of City.

I'm. No fan of Keane the pundit, or indeed Sky's 'banter' style of punditry, and the comment seems unnecessarily personal, but come on..... Sticks and Stones and all that!

Walker is a poor defender for me.
His pace allows him to get out of many mistakes he creates.

Poor positionally, often gives the ball away, not intelligent, but his blistering speed and engine means his recovery to get back and help out is second to very few.

I hope he doesn't read this forum to get a break from the controversy in England...

Same, I always thought he was rash and been one of the fastest players in the league helps him recover from positional errors.
