Eir is completely dog**** company, would never order anything from them again. Ordered broadband 4 weeks ago, technician had to arrive and setup everything, and none arrived, no messages or calls. So we gave a second chance and they rescheduled the appointment, and guess what, none arrived! We have to pay for nothing, their customer supports sucks, I had to wait for about 1 hour for someone to answer me on phone. Is there any other broadbands with decent customer support?

With Vodafone 6 months. No problems so far. Easy to contact them through their instant messaging service.
