Has it ever gone up "green lane"? Runs parallel to Red Lane by the Glenview Hotel, and is significantly harder.

Is there a Strava segment for this? I can't find it anywhere

Go up the steep ramp at the bottom, and at the sharp right turn, turn left. There's a very short section at the very top where it's flat that it's a bit of a dirt track, but grand to ride in the dry on a road bike. Keep something for the last third.

Done the mini evil route today. On the road at 7 from Ringsend and was drenched within 5 mins. Day turned out not too bad, all apart from the wind that seemed to get worse as day went on. Headwind whole way up glenmacnass and then a side wind blowing me across the road coming down the Sally gap. I don't know most of the climbs, haven't done many of them before but I'll be remembering some of them. About 180km and around 3850 meters of climbing done. Cheers for uploading the route, great way to find new climbs and roads.

Was there a downhill race on that road some years ago?

I passed you as your were descending the long hill. I was wondering what you were doing in that area.
Never tried green lane, but maybe I’ll get out tomorrow ,if I’m lucky

That was on Red Lane - the main road between the Glenview & Sugarloaf.
