If we were to break up and my pics were leaked, I wouldn't be embarrassed because we were in a long term, loving, healthy relationship. I think it shows his character, not mine. I get where your coming from, but again, out side the more normal aspects of some one, posting a sex tape. You've also got to look at how that person will be seen by family members, friends in a social setting, walking down the street or even going to work or how that would affect their employment opportunity's.

The only person who's going backwards is the narcissistic vindictive ass clown who released the video. And shows a complete lack of basic respect or humanity. Much like a rapist and a pedophile.

I think classing them in that way, would harsh but also may make a lot of people who would think about doing it realize that there are indeed hefty repercussions. For doing so.

If it were me, I'd be looking to get the best solicitor I could find and take things from there.

I'd have sympathy for anyone in that situation but it would be heavily eroded if they shared revenge porn, which leads into the next point.
Leaving aside the moral issues I'd consider him a massive idiot for prejudicing himself in his legal troubles by acting that way.

Anyway how often is this the case with revenge porn? It's such a weirdly specific circumstance that it feels like you're jumping through hoops to justify revenge porn.

All I'm saying is I think its as utterly deplorable as any other sex crime, I'm not trying to compare them. There's a huge difference and both can create large physiological hurdles for people

How ever you can make the punishment so harsh, that it intimidates people from doing it.
