Id put Seinfeld in top 3 and lose ELR from my top 3.
ELR , though not the worst is run of mill stuff like Rosanne, King of Queens etc so any of them could be in the worst group

Friends (Series 1-4, went downhill after the London episode and never properly recovered)
Frasier
Arrested Development (Series 1-2, and some of Series 3; saw the first couple of episodes of the reboot and they weren't good)

Honourable mentions: Father Ted, Black Books, 30 Rock, Flight of the Conchords, Fawlty Towers

Worst:
2 Broke Girls (I only saw one episode but it was beyond terrible.)
Mrs Brown's Boys (I like Brendan O'Carroll as a person but I don't get his "comedy" at all)
Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em (that main character and his squeaky voice were unbearable)

My favourites would be, Father Ted, IT crowd and always sunny in philadelphia. With peep show, inbetweeners and two and a half men close.

Worst I'm not sure of as if I don't like it I don't watch it.
