    It makes sense that wearable technology can help to give early warnings based on changes in your normal physiological readings. Wearables can let you know if you're coming down with something if there is an increase in resting heart, lower activity and more sleep.

    Of course this is not necessarily Covid related but could be used to give people a heads up and work as a type of screening to see should people go for further tests for Covid 19, particularly if working in a care/education environment where there is potential to spread to lots of other people.
