Dry Cleaning who cancelled last year for obvious reasons will be playing The Button Factory, 15th February 2022. One of the best new bands around IMO and great live. Tickets €16.00.

If all the gigs keep mounting up as they have been so far for Feb 21 I may as well just rent a place in town and live there for the month. Save on transport every night.

    Good shout. Enjoying these.
Stupid amount of post-punk revival bands out there but a lot of it is quality.

    Ian Brown is cancelled

Do you think there will there be full refunds for cancelled gigs, and not vouchers offered instead for future events - we booked for Cork Opera House? Sorry if that sounds stupid, not been in this situation before :)

Yep they're legally obliged to refund you.

Had completely forgotten about that Richie gig, wonder how well it was selling!

    Ian Brown ladies and gents!

Blimey given the heft IB's insights carry in the scientific community, I wonder why he isn't standing foursquare with Dr Fauci in the US or Johnson, Witty and Valance in the UK.

Maybe he's right in what he says and there is a conspiracy at work!

Then again it could just be that the size of IB's head makes social distancing difficult. Or perhaps that the vast, echoey vacancy inside it results in a barely comprehensible squealing noise each time he opens his mouth to share his thoughts/insert his foot.

    €23/€28 (plus fees :D)

Interesting to see there was an upper age limit (65).

We have just been advised that Simple Minds at the 3Arena Dublin which was rescheduled to the 24th of August 2021 (originally 22nd February 2021) has been rescheduled again due to COVID-19.

    What Now?

The event will now take place at the same venue on Sunday 17th of April 2022.

Ah I was really hoping it would be postponed till next summer, hopefully he adds some indoor shows later in the year to make up for it.
