Training after C section

    Has anyone any thoughts on how to train, start moving again after a c section? Had planned on going to a few specific postnatal classes but obviously that’s all cancelled now. I’m 6 weeks since baby arrived and have been waking 5km daily. Feel fine but obviously weak through midsection.
    I’ve no gym of course at moment but have resistance bands and a stationary bike. Figure there must be things I could start doing to rehab the core etc. Prior to baby I was fit and regular gym goer, have a stone to loose.
