    Yes they are imo.
    It's just too much hassle sometimes, a little white lie can help avoid it.

    Well I'm doing it. I'm keeping away from everyone. Barely leaving the house, just for food and very very rarely. Exercising with dogs on my own land. BUT I spent a good hour the other night crying myself silly because I can't visit my parents or my granny or my partners family.

    I'm finding it grand so far,ring my folks every day,kids are being excellent, started working from home this week so no excuse to be in contact unnecessarily with anyone.
